Boulder council paints clearer picture of Xcel franchise options

Boulder County sheriff's deputies arrested five people on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing during a small protest Tuesday afternoon at the Valmont power plant. Daily Camera Article " Scientists Say Climate Change Plan is a Must"

I have a comment about the inset article, "Capturing Carbon - Technology and Theory". This is all about "Big Coal" trying to keep their foot in the market. Coal will never be clean!
