Clean Energy Action is proud to host a public forum on legislation to decarbonize Colorado that is currently in the pipeline. Enacting bills for community energy options, energy efficiency, renewable energy standards, and clean energy alternatives to fossil fuel reliance is essential to bringing global warming solutions to Colorado and reviving the state’s economy. Find out what your elected officials are doing for you down at the Capitol. Bring your questions, concerns and readiness to learn how you can support this legislation.

We are honored to welcome our Representatives. Claire Levy is the recipient of the Leadership in Energy Efficiency Award presented by the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project for "outstanding leadership in sponsoring energy efficiency legislation that will save consumers and businesses in Colorado billions of dollars." Levy was also named the 2009 Legislator of the Year by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Claire will update us on her innovative Solar Garden legislation. Jack Pommer is serving his fourth term for House District 11 in Boulder. Jack is past-chair of the Transportation and Energy Committee, and a former member of the Education and Joint Computer Management Committees. Outside of the legislature, Rep. Pommer runs Metrovision Video Productions, a company he co-founded in 1989 and volunteers in the Boulder Valley Public Schools.
